Benefits: This service covers pests seen within or around the home on occasion, no infestations.
What’s Included: Interior Liquid (spray) treatment of base boards throughout living room, bed rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, closets, garage. Exterior consists of Liquid (spray) treatment around the exterior perimeter of the home, perimeter wall/fence or property line, irrigation boxes, eaves, window sills and entryways (doorways, garage doors, vents), along with a granule treatment around the exterior perimeter of the home.
Type of Pests: The initial service is a treatment designed to dramatically reduce or eliminate the bugs round the property.

Bed Bugs: Start at $0.35 sq ft. if property is vacant with little to no furniture. $0.55 sq ft if property is occupied or could go up to $0.75 sq ft for heavy infestation or $1 sq ft for heavy infestations with a lot of furniture or an extreme infestation with little to no furniture. Inspections for bed bugs are usually required. All bed bug services come with 1 follow up and a 30-day guarantee. Additional follow-ups may be required or purchased at 25% of the original price. Results are immediate although at least 2 weeks to allow products to work. An agreement must be signed for all bed bug services per insurance. Prep sheets will be provided and customer must prep before service.
Rodents: $85 Rodent Baiting Initial installation includes 2 bait stations with enough bait for aprox. 12+ rats and 24+ mice. Additional bait stations are $25 each plus $5 per service. This includes 1 Follow up in 1 month.
All subsequent follow ups are at $45 and cover service for the 2 initial bait stations plus $5 per additional bait station.
During service we inspect all bait stations, clean out debris, and replace all bait with fresh bait EVERY TIME.
This service is recommended as an affordable, very effective option for long term control and monitoring or rodents around the exterior of the home.
Rodent Trapping, exclusion services or interior rodent services are available but require an inspection.
Pigeons: $45 ground trapping, $75 1 story, $85 2 story home per trap on initial installation. The initial service includes 1 follow up. Additional follow ups may be purchased at $45 for ground trap per visit, $55 per trap per visit for a 1-story home or $65 per trap per visit for a 2-story home.
We recommend this service for people who have a large population of pigeons around their home. We trap and take picture logs of bird captured. Then we remove and humanely euthanize all pigeons caught.
We recommend trapping for at least 1 month with 1x visit each week. The visit must be no longer than 1 week apart in the summer or up to 2 weeks in the winter. This is a requirement in order to prevent the birds suffering unnecessarily.
German Roaches: $125 for the initial “Roach Bomb” which the customer will have to prepare their kitchen and bathrooms. Pets will have to be place in a kennel away from the kitchen area until the product has dried or the chemical have settled. This service has no guarantee due to the nature of these roaches, but additional follow ups may be purchased at $65 a visit. Prep sheets will be provided. For lite infestations 1 service is usually available enough, but in most cases at least 1 follow up will be needed. We always recommend purchasing at least 1 additional follow up just to be sure.
